Qualifications: Food Manager License

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing breakfast, lunch and snacks
  2. Cooking based on designated menus
  3. Following food manager policies,
  4. Store food appropriately
  5. Washing and sterilizing dishes and all utensils according to sanitarian’s directions
  6. Maintaining the kitchen, restroom and hallway clean
  7. Organizing kitchen storage room
  8. Making shopping list for next week’s menu
