Summer tennis camp will be every Monday beginning in the summer time. It is taught by Abby Liu, a former collegiate tennis player for the University of Texas and Professional Tennis Registered (PTR) certified.  It will also be coached by Mark Liu, who has years of experience in tennis and track and field coaching. Mark has coached her daughter to the collegiate level and several track and field awards. Students will learn about basic technique, mental training, and conditioning. Additionally, players will engage in a fitness and conditioning regiment that includes aerobic and anaerobic development through sustained low intensity activities and short duration sprinting and change of direction exercises. Both coaches will also introduce nutritional awareness for performance both on and off the court.
